As Communications Manager for the Institute, Terri Conroy is responsible for providing a broad range of communications services and support to the Institute team, serving as an internal communications consultant for programs and services. She coordinates with Institute staff and clients to develop and implement integrated communications plans to enhance awareness and utilization of Institute programs and services.
Terri has over 16 years of communications experience, ranging from technical writing and training development to marketing communications. Prior to joining the Institute, she ran her own consulting business, providing strategic planning, copywriting and project management services to small and medium-sized companies. Before that, she worked for IBM for eight years in various training and communications roles.
Terri received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and her MBA from Georgia State University.
